 These privacy policies apply to users of the applications and services offered by Next Too You, which describes the way in which Next Too You collects, protects and uses the information received.  Specifically it applies to:

 • Clients: Users who request and receive a transport or accompaniment service.

 • Drivers: Users who offer a transport and accompaniment service.

 Information collected by NEXT TOO YOU:

 • Personal information: Information provided by the user such as name, surname, email and in the case of drivers additional information such as date of birth, social security, driving license, vehicle photos, vehicle license plate, vehicle insurance photo and  photo of the person.

 • Background check information: Next too you can collect background check information from users who register to use Next Too You services.  It may include information about the driver's history or criminal record (if allowed by law).

 • User content: Next too you can collect information that you send when you contact any of the services, by providing ratings or congratulations to other users.

 • Location information: Next too you can collect accurate or approximate information through data such as GPS, IP address and Wi-Fi for the purpose of proper operation of your applications and a very good user experience.

 • Transaction information: Next too you collect transaction data related to the use made of the services, including the date and time the service was performed, the amount charged and the distance traveled.

 Use of the information

 The personal information of the users will be used by Next Too You for the following purposes:

 • Create and update user accounts

 • Identity Verification

 • Contact to users of the services through different channels such as: phone calls, text messages, email, social networks

 • Development of historical analysis activities and statistical studies

 • Carrying out commercial, marketing and advertising activities of the company

 • Sending Next Too You information or publications of interest.

 • Carry out internal operations necessary to offer our services, such as correcting software errors and operational problems, performing data analysis, tests and studies or monitoring and analyzing trends in use and activity.

 • Research and development: Nex too you also uses the information to test, research, analyze and develop products, this allows us to improve and strengthen the security of our services, develop new functions and products.

 Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated herein, however, it may be disclosed by Next Too You when required by law;  a court order;  or a competent authority in the exercise of its functions.

 Next Too You may carry out the processing of personal data on its own servers or on those provided by a third party specialized in the field based on the agreements made by the entity for that purpose.

 If you do not want to continue receiving emails or push notifications from Next Too You, you can withdraw from our list by sending an email with your information to info@tirgycompany.com.

 Terms and Conditions:

 These terms and conditions apply to all our services directly or indirectly available online, through any mobile device, by email or by phone.  By accessing, browsing and using our website, our mobile application or any of our applications through any platform (hereinafter, the "Software") and / or when completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and understood  Accepted to the terms and conditions set forth below (including the privacy policy).

 If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, including our privacy policy, and are not willing to submit to them, do not install our application and / or delete it quickly and any part of it, from your mobile phone or computer and  do not do it.  Use it anyway.

 ‘Next Too You’ can update the Terms.  The amendments will become effective when ‘Next Too You’ publishes these updated Terms on its website or in each of the mobile applications.  Your continued access or use of the Services after such publication confirms your consent to be subject to the Terms.  If 'Next Too You' changes these Terms after the date you first agreed to them (or any subsequent changes to these Terms), you may reject any changes by providing a written notice to 'Next Too You' of said rejection within  30 days after the date on which said change took effect.  This written notice must be provided to the email address info@nexttooyou.com.  To be effective, the notification must include your full name, email and clearly indicate your intention to reject changes to these Terms.  By rejecting the changes, you agree that you will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms from the date you first accepted them (or any subsequent changes to these Terms).

 Mandatory arbitration agreement between you and ‘Next Too You’.

 You and 'Next To You' agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the existence, breach, termination, execution, interpretation or validity thereof, or your access or use of the Services in  Any time, either before or after the date you agreed to the Terms, will be resolved by binding arbitration between you and 'Next To You', and not in a court of law.

 You acknowledge and agree that you and ‘Next To You’ waive the right to a jury trial or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative procedure.  Unless both you and ‘Next To You’ agree otherwise in writing, any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding.  However, you and 'Next To You' reserve the right to file an individual action in a small claims court and the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable measures in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the infraction, misappropriation or  violation of the copyright of a party, real or threatened trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights.

 Scope of our service

 Through mobile applications, we provide an online platform through which drivers appear online when they are available to provide a service.  ‘Next Too You’ gives you the opportunity to locate and contact drivers who are close to your location or choose from available drivers.  Request the provision of transport services or accompaniment and transport of your chosen driver.  We are not a licensed private rental operator, nor a carrier and we do not provide transportation services.  We act only as an intermediary between you and the driver of the vehicle.  From the moment you make your reservation through ‘Next Too You’, you establish a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the driver of the vehicle you book.  It is up to the Driver to offer transport and accompaniment services that can be programmed through the use of the software.  'Next Too You' offers information and a method to obtain such transport or accompaniment services, but does not intend to provide taxi services or act in any way as a carrier, and has no responsibility for the taxi services provided  said drivers.

 Access and use of services.

 User account.

 To use most aspects of the services of ‘Next Too You’ you must register and maintain an active Personal User Services account ("Account").  You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (if different than 18), to obtain an Account, unless a specific Service allows otherwise.  Account registration requires that you send ‘Next Too You’ certain personal information, such as your name, address and mobile phone number.  You agree to keep accurate, complete and updated information in your Account.  If you do not maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or overdue payment method on file, it may result in your inability to access or use the Services.  You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.

 Prohibited Uses

 Except as specifically permitted in this document, without the prior written consent of ‘Next Too You’, you agree not to:

 • use, modify, incorporate other software or create a work derived from any part of the Application.

 • sell, license (or sublicense), lease, assign, transfer, compromise or share your rights under this agreement with any other person.

 • copy, distribute or reproduce the application for the benefit of third parties.

 • Disseminate the results of any comparative evaluation of the application, or use these results for your own competitive software development activities

 • modify, decompile, reverse engineer, review or improve the software or try to discover the source code of the software.

 Ranking and passenger comments

 The driver accepts that passengers transported by him can evaluate the services provided by him (driver and vehicle).  In doing so, passengers will be required to be objective in their evaluation.

 DISCLAIMER.

 By entering into this agreement and using the software or the 'next too you' service, the company rejects all representations and warranties, express, implied or statutory, not expressly expressed in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose  and no particular infraction.  In addition, too next too you ’does not offer any representation, guarantee regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of the services requested through the use of the software.  You agree that all risk arising from the use of the services.

 'NEXT TOO YOU' will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to any result of the use of the services, regardless of negligence (active, affirmative  , only or concurrent) of 'next too you', even if 'next too you' has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

 ‘NEXT TOO YOU’ will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from:

 • your use or confidence in the services or your inability to access or use them.

 • any transaction or relationship between you and any third party provider, even if ‘NEXT TOO YOU’ has been informed of the possibility of such damages.  ‘NEXT TOO YOU’ will not be liable for delays or performance failures resulting from causes beyond the reasonable control of ‘NEXT TOO YOU’.

 • You may use the services to request and schedule transportation or escort services with third-party providers, but you agree that ‘NEXT TOO YOU’ has no responsibility with you in relation to any transportation or escort service.
